Terms and Conditions of Sale

Maltby Auto Electrical Services Limited (Trading as Heritage Rotating Electrics )

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Heritage Rotating Electrics. All goods are supplied on the following conditions to the exclusion of any terms or conditions stipulated by the buyer and of any representations, warranties or communications not expressly incorporated herein or in the order confirmation.

Pricing Information

Prices are liable to alteration without notice, and orders are accepted at prices ruling at day of dispatch. VAT is charged at current U.K. rate. By clicking the ‘Accept’ button you agree to these terms and conditions. By completing and submitting the electronic order form (or proceeding through the ‘checkout process’) you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Neither submitting an electronic order form or completing the checkout process constitutes our acceptance of your order.

Order Confirmation

No order will be entered into production/packing until all information and payment from the buyer is received. Goods will be supplied as per the order confirmation. If you are in disagreement with the confirmation you must advise us of this immediately. Heritage Rotating Electrics is not required to accept changes of order after the order confirmation is accepted and order placed.


After a confirmation is issued, the customer cannot cancel an order without the written consent from Heritage Rotating Electrics. A cancellation and/or restocking charge of up to the total amount of order may be applicable on orders cancelled.
Heritage Rotating Electrics reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept an order due to erroneous information being entered on the website or supplied to us by a manufacturer.

Delivery and Transport

Delivery dates acknowledged by Heritage Rotating Electrics are non-binding estimates only, based upon the best available information concerning manufacturers lead times and transportation schedules. Therefore, orders may be shipped on, prior to (with the buyers’ approval) or after the estimated date (after notification to the buyer). Delivery terms will be considered as accepted by the buyer unless disagreement is notified to Heritage Rotating Electrics in writing within seven days of order placement.


All our products are carefully inspected before delivery. The buyer should also inspect carefully all items at time of receiving the goods. Claims for damage and shortages must be notified to Heritage Rotating Electrics within 72 hours and written notification received within seven days. We cannot accept responsibility for the non-arrival of notification within the specified time. Failure to make such claims within the specified time constitutes acceptance of the merchandise and quality thereof. Heritage Rotating Electrics will not accept claims for damage resulting from storage by the buyer or for damage resulting from accident, alteration or misuse after delivery. Dissatisfaction with colour, finish or variations which Heritage Rotating Electrics has no control over does not constitute a valid claim unless the product specification has been substantially altered.


Goods may only be returned after agreement, in writing between Heritage Rotating Electrics and the buyer. (The buyer is responsible for all carriage expenses and risk). – please see delivery and returns policy here.

Terms of Payment

All prices are based on full payment upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise stated in writing by Heritage Rotating Electrics. If the goods are received in an incomplete state, require adjustment or repairs, payment in full is still due. Heritage Rotating Electrics will investigate immediately and take appropriate action to resolve the situation.

Reservation of title

Heritage Rotating Electrics remains the owner of the goods until full payment is received. When full or partial payment is not made, Heritage Rotating Electrics can, by registered letter, request return of goods without losing any rights of suit. Further, Heritage Rotating Electrics has the right to cancel orders by written notification.


Any disputes will be settled under English law who are deemed solely competent to settle any dispute concerning the sale.


Heritage Rotating Electrics reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions such without notice. Should this happen the new Terms and Conditions are immediately effective and automatically supersede prior published information. Previous terms and conditions are available upon request.
